Executive Home Care was literally my life line as I tried to navigate the ever changing landscape of my Dads illness with a brain tumor.  He went from being completely independent to needing around the clock care in 5 months.  Tim and his team were extraordinarily patient and helpful when we did not know what each day would bring us.  Some weeks I would call and make daily changes and the team was patient and kind.  The care givers were phenomenal and some will be part of our family forever! I’m a Memory Care Activity Director and have really enjoyed working with Executive Home Care. Tim is super personable, and the company is reliable and consistent with every client I’ve seen them support. We especially love Misty, she’s been visiting our residents for months and goes above and beyond, even interacting with folks she’s not assigned to. The agency and her caregivers; especially Patricia went above and beyond for my friend.They were patient, kind and so helpful with her in all of her  needs.

Tim and his team are exceptional! I do not say this lightly. For some time they had been providing in-home care three times a week for our 97yo mother. Then our father (same age) took ill and ended up in-home hospice. Tim’s team provided the augmented care to help give our father great peace in his final days. I do not want to list names other than Tim’s as I would be concerned I would leave someone out on his team. Everyone with whom we met or interacted were professional and very caring. They quite obviously love their jobs. No task was too small whether it was incontinence care, light vacuuming or even meal prep - they do it all and without fuss. We needed emergency 24/7 for my elderly mother for about two weeks.. The team at Executive Home Care worked with me late in the evening and arranged everything. Executive Home Care is an excellent company. My mother has vascular dementia and she was a very difficult client. We made changes to her care weekly and needed to change caregivers often. In a sense, the staff that did the scheduling didn’t bat an eye at the need for changes. They always provided another caregiver and mom was without good quality care only once in the 9 months we used them. And that was because it was late afternoon right before a holiday. Our family love everyone there! Hayley, the main scheduler, the other office staff, Marcia, the nurse and even Tim, the owner of the business, whom I had the pleasure to meet. Everyone is friendly and professional. They truly care about their clients and desire to provide the best care possible. Honestly as if they were providing care for their own loved ones. We worked with Executive care for approx. 2 years. Unfortunately  my dad has now passed away. Because of Executive Care we were able to keep him out of a nursling home. Beside the excellent care givers they provided to us,  they were able to scale up from 1 day a week at the beginning to over 16 hours a day near the end. They were able to make these changes  at a moments notice as our situation changed. We contacted Executive Care when both of our parents became suddenly ill and we were unable to assist with their care. From the first moment we spoke with Amanda, she made us feel like she was part of the family. Both she and Brandon did an amazing job finding caregivers and communicating with us, including following up just to to check on our parents after we no longer needed their assistance. The nurses, Angela and Demetria, communicated efficiently and made us confident that our parents were safe and in good hands. When my 92 year old mother took a turn for the worse, I called Executive Home Care for help.  They were wonderfully responsive and compassionate and sent us help immediately.  For several weeks, Monique came in to care for Mom and quickly helped to stabilize her.  Mom is doing very well again and we are so grateful to everyone at Executive Home Care.
