Our Team

We have all had times in our lives when we’ve needed a little help. Since 2018, we have been the helping hands making meals in the kitchen, playing board games, and just being there for our neighbors here in the Richmond Area.
We help to “fill the gaps” in families that need help. That can range from a few hours a few times a week, to being there 24 hours a day. We are here to help out the family, as much as we are here to help our clients.
Our team considers it a privilege to be an everyday resource for seniors in our community. We are a close-knit group of people who help each other out, and we love more than anything to build relationships with our clients. We get to know them on a personal level, and we consider many of them to be dear friends of ours.

Marcia brings over 41 years of extensive nursing experience to our team. Throughout her impressive career, she has thrived in a variety of healthcare settings, providing exceptional care to patients in numerous areas. Her dedication and breadth of knowledge are invaluable assets to our practice.

Administrator
Hayley Brinson brings over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field to her role as Administrator at Executive Home Care. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills working collaboratively with doctors, hospitals, and nursing facilities. Hayley is known for her exceptional organizational abilities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient care delivery.
Tinelle Smith
Scheduling Coordinator
Tinelle is a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with over 25 years of experience in providing compassionate and professional care to patients. In addition to her clinical background, She brings strong organizational and time management skills to the table, honed through years of scheduling experience. She ensures that clients, caregivers, and family members are all informed and working together towards a common goal.
